The theme of 2024 is “Arriving Where We Belong,” which is being at the top in every field and at the forefront of progress. 2024 will be a tremendous year, this is guaranteed because many of its milestones are already planned and are merely waiting to be implemented in reality when their time comes. The second revolution that began in March 2023 and the significant efforts between August 2023 and December 2023 have prompted the achievements that will come in 2024, and secured the possibility of accomplishing this year’s agenda’s objectives. 

We begin the year with a significant amount of pressure that is time-sensitive, with the first semester (January to June) being the most important to achieve as many objectives as possible before the summer (June to August). Maintaining a high performance and continuing the pace we are moving at is essential, but boosting our efforts to the maximum is mandatory as it will determine the future. If we fail to reach any of the goals that have been listed before September, we will simply not arrive where we belong. 

With new platforms of privilege come new levels of ambition. Between 2022 and 2023, we pushed to reach new heights, which we now work from. We are now defined by our possibilities, and with our current status and atmosphere, anything we set our minds to and wish to achieve is now possible. While the foundation and infrastructure we are building are great, we remind ourselves where we’ve come from, our journey to the vision, and the suffering we’ve experienced in the past. This is why we must understand that nothing is promised and we are entitled to nothing. That is the truth and if we do not continue building the future ourselves, we will experience a confusing failure. A failure in which we are strong on paper and hold a solid reputation, yet we are weak in reality and continue to put on an act that everything is fine, this was the condition of 2020 to 2022. There is no excuse for us not to thrive and succeed, if we don’t win what we want, we must blame ourselves for letting ourselves down. We must win. 

The most important goal to achieve is to be content with ourselves and satisfied with our status, due to our mentality that there is no true finish line and we must continue advancing for life, achieving this goal might be unclear. However, there is a major milestone of arriving at a checkpoint of holding capability, the capability to thrive. It is no longer a matter of “if,” but “when.” When will we arrive to where we belong? The answer is: now.

Foundation Building: Each step we take forward, we pause and build a foundational cushion to ensure that if there were to be a hit or crisis, we would fall back on that previous step. This is converse to the strategy in pre-2020 where we were rapidly rising and ended up falling all the way down to ground zero due to not having a foundation.
